The Atlanta Hawks agreed to trade two future second-round NBA Draft picks to the Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange for guard Aaron Wiggins, a league source told UPI on Monday.

The Thunder would receive the Hawks’ second-round pick in 2030 and the least favorable of options between the Hawks/Los Angeles Lakers’ second-round picks in 2032.

Wiggins, 27, was a second-round pick by the Thunder in the 2021 NBA Draft. The 6-foot-5 guard averaged a career-high 12 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game over 76 appearances in 2024-25. He logged 9.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game over 65 appearances last season.

The Thunder signed Wiggins to a five-year, $45 million contract in 2024 that runs through 2027-28 and includes a team option of $8.3 million in 2028-29.

Oklahoma City has the Nos. 12 and 17 overall picks in the first round of the 2026 NBA Draft, which will be held Tuesday in Brooklyn, N.Y.
